Explore a side of Goa you never planned to
The Wednesday Post: sliding dogs, pots of gold, budgeted Bali and more.
Unless you're a frequent guest at places like Rambagh Palace and Udaivilas, I assume you would warrant a different experience every time you visit a destination you've previously been to. Take Goa for example. The trip right after graduating from school is usually centred around Tito's Lane, Anjuna Beach and the likes. It only makes sense then, the second visit has South Goa on the cards to satiate the desire for uniqueness. The places sorted in today’s feature piece should be bookmarked for a rather un-Goan holiday.

Destination of the week: Meghamalai
With each passing year, the number of ‘lesser-known’ destinations keeps reducing. Hopefully, Meghamalai still meets that standard of obscurity. Lush, contoured tea gardens envelop a largish dam and make for a rather pleasant environment to spend a weekend in.
